Schauspieler des deutschen und italienischen Films, in den Dreissiger und Vierziger Jahren ein glühender Anhänger des Italienischen Faschismus. Nach Kriegsende wurde Valenti zusammen mit seiner Freundin, der Schauspielerin Luisa Ferida, von Partisanen in den Strassen Mailands aufgegriffen und ohne Prozess erschossen.
